Katrinkles Terms and Conditions 2024

Wholesale orders require a $250 minimum

Place online orders through our wholesale shop: www.katrinkleswholesale.com. Password: katrinkleswholesale

A Federal Tax ID number is required for all US customers.  If you are a new customer, please submit this information through our wholesale form: www.katrinkles.com/contact.

Payment in full is required upon order placement.  Invoices are issued via Shopify.  All prices are in US dollars.

Domestic & International orders ship via UPS unless specified otherwise.  All tracking will be provided upon fulfillment.  Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, taxes, fees, and/or duty.  Wholesale orders typically ship within 2-4 weeks, depending on the time of year.  Please contact us if you wish to receive your order by a specific date and we'll try to accommodate you.  Returns must be approved within 30 days of invoice date and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Refunds will be given after merchandise has been received and found to be in its original condition.  There are no returns on custom items.

Unless it is a custom item, stockists may NOT sell Katrinkles at shows where Katrinkles is exhibiting.  We prohibit the selling of Katrinkles on Amazon, Etsy or Ebay in the United States. Other countries may be considered on a case by case basis.

All Katrinkles products must be sold under the Katrinkles brand name and must use Katrinkles product names. Styles, minimums, and prices are subject to change.

High resolution photos are available by request. You’re welcome to use photos from www.katrinkles.com with credit.

If you're ordering branded items, please email your high resolution logo or graphics to info@katrinkles.com.  Ideal resolution is a 300 dpi .eps .jpg, or .pdf format in two colors (not grayscale).  Artwork proofs may take up to two weeks.  Custom orders ship within 2-3 weeks from approval of final sample photos or payment of any outstanding invoices.  See each branded item for MOQs.

All wood used by Katrinkles are natural materials and the appearance of each piece may vary slightly.  Items are guaranteed. Please contact us if you need a replacement due to breakage.

We reserve the right to list your shop’s name and address on the stockist page of our website and on social media.  Please contact us directly if you do not wish to be listed or mentioned.
